1/2 cup frozen wild or regular blueberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 cup plain soy or almond milk
1/4 cup sliced banana
1/2 cup reduced-fat or regular silken tofu (optional)
dash cinnamon


Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
