Ingredients: 

4 cups chilled kefir ¾ cup chopped fresh dill or cilantro
4 small scallions, chopped
8 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon salt

Directions: 

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse gently until combined.
