Raspberry Honey

Keep the honey in a glass jar with a
resealable lid, and use a teaspoon or a
wooden honey-pot stick to drizzle it on
some cheese or a piece of bread.

¼ cup fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ cup honey


Combine raspberries and lemon juice in small bowl. Mash raspberries with fork, then press raspberries with rubber spatula through wire-mesh sieve into another bowl; discard seeds. Add honey and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use. For best results, make the night before to allow flavors to develop.
