Popcorn Trail Mix

Healthy snacks, such as fruit, nuts and whole grains, are a simple way to help fill the gaps in your daily nutrient needs.


4 cups air-popped popcorn
(¼ cup kernels)
1⁄3 cup raisins
¼ cup unsalted pistachios
3 tablespoons unsalted
pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 tablespoons unsalted
sunflower seeds

1. Toss ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide evenly between 5 containers or sealable bags. Store for up to 5 days.
