Pineapple-Banana Smoothie

This tastes like a decadent soda-shop treat, but it's virtually fat-free and loaded with protein.

2 cups nonfat soy milk with isoflavones, chilled
1 small banana (about 6 inches), cut into pieces and frozen
1 cup pineapple chunks, chilled
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Place the soy milk, banana, pineapple, honey, and vanilla into a blender and process until all ingredients are pureed and incorporated, about 1 to 1 ½ minutes. Pour into two tall glasses.
