Miso-Tahini Dressing

Miso and tahini are an
irresistible combination,
complementing and balancing
one another. This
dressing works beautifully
over mixed greens and
garden-fresh tomatoes,
or over a simple salad of
thinly sliced cucumbers and
carrot ribbons. Miso paste
and tahini can be found at
specialty food stores and
most ethnic markets.<p>

¼ cup miso paste
½ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon flax oil
¼ cup finely chopped parsley
½ cup water


Combine ingredients in a food processor or small bowl. May be refrigerated for up to one week.
