Ingredients: 

1⁄2 cup cubed, pitted mango
1⁄4 cup mashed ripe avocado
6 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh- squeezed lime juice
6 to 10 ice cubes

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately.
