Herbed Vinaigrette

Intense and earthy (you can cut the spices by half if you're shy).

Ingredients: 

Serves 8

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 drops black-pepper oil
4 drops basil oil
2 drops thyme oil

Directions: 

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Toss with mixed greens.
