3 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup sugar
1 orange, sliced
1/2 teaspoon whole coriander seed, toasted and crushed
1. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, wine and sugar; let stand 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 350° F. Pour cranberry mixture into a large ovenproof dish; top with orange slices and sprinkle with coriander seeds. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes, or until bubbling.
