1 cup Gaeta olives
1 cup green olives
3 3-inch strips lemon peel
3 3-inch strips orange peel
3 2-inch strips lime peel
2 fresh thyme sprigs
1 rosemary sprig
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
