Apricot Sangria

Packed with antioxidants galore, this Cabernet-based sangria is festive and tasty, and the citrus juice (plus six apricots) packs 85 percent of your daily need for vitamin C.

Ingredients: 

1½ cups apricot nectar
3 cups red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon is recommended)
Juice and peel of 2 lemons
Juice and peel of 2 limes
6 fresh apricots, halved
Ice
2 6.75-ounce bottles Aranciata (or any sparkling citrus club soda)

Directions: 

Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher. Add apricots and ice, and gently stir in desired amount of Aranciata or club soda, then serve immediately.
