VITAMIN C

Ester–C supplements, a non–acidic form of the vitamin that's gentle on the stomach. Take 500 to 1,000 mg twice a day.
VITAMIN B
can cut your levels of homocysteine, an amino acid that's been linked to a host of health problems, including heart disease. If your homocysteine levels are high, consider adding folate.
Vitamin B–1 by Nature Made. Take 50 to 100 mg a day.
