Tip of the Day: Defuse stress with a "pillow fight"

Feeling angry, stressed or unhappy? Get some insight with this simple exercise: Kneel in front of a few thick, fluffy pillows, take a deep breath, and pound away for about five minutes. Afterward, write down all the thoughts and images that came up, and spend some time reflecting.
