Tip of the Day: Sleep Better with this Easy Bedtime Fix

If you have trouble getting to sleep, try taking one hour to slow down before climbing into bed. Spend 20 minutes shutting down the house for the night. Turn off the TV and your computer. Take the next 20 minutes to brush your teeth and take care of your nightly grooming habits. Change into your pajamas. Use the final 20 minutes to simply relax and meditate in bed.Need a tip?

I noticed that spraying lavender essential oil (mixed in water) over my sleeping area really does relax me.

Hello. I've found this to work. A few months ago I bought lavender and vanilla linen spray from PartyLite and even my husband sleeps better.
