intuitive, inquisitive and full of wonder.
The move: REVERSE CRUNCH.
Lie faceup with knees folded in toward
your chest, arms at your sides on the
ground, palms down. Inhale, then
exhale as you pull abs in, tipping your
pelvis forward, lengthening lower back
