From the forward bend, let go of your elbows, then reach behind you and interlace your fingers. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, extend your arms, and slowly lift them off your back. Your hands should be the last to come up over your back. The muscles in this area can be especially tight, so don't push it; you may only be able to lift your arms an inch off your back. Don't force an opening; seduce it instead by being kind and breathing fully. Stay for 3 breaths.
