On a Roll

Exhale as you roll the board to your left for a count of 2, contracting your obliques. On an inhale, come back to center for a count of 2. On an exhale, roll the board to your right
for a count of 2, contracting your obliques. Repeat this entire sequence (rolling the board from center to your left, back to center and then to your right) for at least 1 minute.
