Sit tall on the floor with the soles of your feet touching 6 to 8 inches from your groin; rest your hands on top of your shins. Inhale, then exhale, pressing your feet together and letting your knees gently drop open. Keep your lower belly drawn up and in, without actively contracting your leg or PC muscles. (If you're contracting your PC muscles, you'll feel like you're trying to stop yourself from urinating.) Focus on staying relaxed as you breathe. Hold the pose for 6 breaths.
