Lying Twist. From Bridge pose, unclasp your hands
and exhale as you lower your hips to the floor. Inhale,
draw both knees into your chest and extend your arms
out to your sides. Exhale as you drop your knees gently
to the right and turn your head to the left, keeping your
shoulders in contact with the floor. After 3 breaths,
inhale and roll your knees back up to center. Exhale and
drop your knees to the left for 3 breaths, turning your
head to the right.
