    Burpee with renegade rows, part 2
    Lift your right elbow straight up and slightly back, keeping your arm close to your body, until your elbow is slightly higher than your hip. Lower the weight and switch sides. Jump or step to a squat position and stand. Repeat 10 to 12 times.
