Slowly bend over the
front knee, sweep left fingertips in front of
the knee to the floor, and rise back to start
position, sweeping both arms out to the sides. Do 2 sets of 8 repetitions per leg, moving
mindfully and gracefully.
Targets: buttocks, calves, thighs, hips
