As you raise both arms overhead,
simultaneously straighten your left leg and
lift it higher. Lower arms back to center,
maintaining your balance and repeat for 2
sets of 8 reps per leg, keeping your core
muscles contracted for better balance.
Targets: thighs, buttocks, hips, core
