Standing in Mountain pose, inhale, then exhale and slowly lean to your left, drawing your left arm down your side. Keep your right arm aligned with your ear as you extend it up and overhead to the left. Root your feet firmly into the ground, engage your thighs and buttocks, and allow your entire being to be supported. Hold for 3 to 5 breaths, then inhale, lowering right arm, and returning to start position. Repeat on the opposite side.
