SIDE-LYING CLAMS. Lie on the ground on
your right side, knees bent and together
and hips stacked. Rest your head on right
arm and, keeping your knees bent and feet
together, lift your left knee as you squeeze
your outer hip. Return to start position and
repeat for reps. Switch sides and repeat.
