3 Detoxifying Yoga Moves

This is a great stretch to end any yoga practice or detox workout. Lie on the middle of your mat and bend both knees. Slowly roll over to the left side of your mat, keeping your ankles and knees stacked on top of each other. Open both arms out to your sides (about chest level) and gaze out over your right palm for 5 to 10 breaths, or 1 minute, closing your eyes if you like. Slowly switch sides and relax into another mindful twist.
