8 of 13 | bent-knee side stretch
Bend your right arm at the elbow and rest your forearm on your thigh just above your knee. Press your forearm firmly into the thigh to prevent the right side from sagging as you sweep your left arm overhead, bringing the upper arm close to your left ear. Press into the outer edge of your left foot and extend through your left fingertips, deeply stretching the left side of the body.
