Extend your legs and bring your arms by your sides, palms up; let your fingers relax and gently curl. Adjust your feet so they're a comfortable distance apart, and let your toes fall to the sides. Close your eyes to facilitate what you're feeling. Let your entire body relax and sink into the ground. Notice any areas of tension or holding; invite them to relax and let go. Focus your attention on the flow of breath, simply observing and feeling the breath move in and out of the body. Let go into deep relaxation, allowing worries, concerns, and defenses to fall away.
