Start with your arms at your sides. Inhale as you slowly sweep your arms out to the sides and overhead in a wide V. Continue to gaze straight ahead.
As you exhale, slowly lower your hands into a prayer position at the center of the chest and then back down to your sides.
Repeat this flowing movement, synchronizing the speed of your arm motion with the length of your breath: The inhalation completes just as the arms sweep overhead; the exhalation, just as the palms return to your sides.
