  1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees bent, and toes turned out slightly. Raise your hands to chest level with palms facing forward and shoulders down.
  2. Slowly push your hands out in front of you at chest level, going as far as you can without locking your arms. Keep your fingers pointing up. Return to starting position and repeat for two minutes.
