Will lifting weights make me look bulky?

Will lifting weights make me look bulky?
NO. Women have fewer muscle fibers than men, especially in their upper bodies, and 10 to 30 times less testosterone than men, so it’s difficult for them to bulk up. Women do have more fat under the skin which covers the muscles, but when you lift weights regularly, you lose that fat, and your muscles show through. Your muscles may be more defined, but your arms aren’t getting any larger.
