Fresh Ingredient Cocktails

Fig Mojito,
Nacional 27, Chicago
Ingredients: 2 dried figs;
3 lime wedges;
5 mint leaves;
1 ounce fig-infused rum (place 20 chopped dried figs in a 750 milliliter bottle of Bacardi and soak for 72 hours);
½ ounce Grand Marnier;
½ ounce vanilla extract;
Splash of lime juice;
Soda water.
Directions: Muddle figs, lime wedges and mint. Add rum, Grand Marnier, vanilla extract and lime juice. Top with soda water and serve.
