The weather’s getting colder, but you can still create cocktails that conjure up summer sun and growing gardens. Here are four of our favorites.

Ingredients: 2 ounces Mezcal Vida;
¾ ounce Pacific Peach Honey or fresh peach puree;
¾ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice;
2 sage leaves, divided.
Directions: Pour Mezcal Vida, peach honey or puree and lime juice into a shaker tin. Muddle 1 sage leaf into the mix and shake vigorously with ice for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into cocktail coupe and garnish with sage leaf, lightly toasted if desired.
