Now is the time to edit your cutout phrases and photos and glue them onto your blank canvas. Tune in to your grandest self, trust your intuition even if you don’t understand it, and choose uplifting and inspiring phrases and photos. This is not the time to criticize yourself and wish you were someone else. This is an opportunity to sit firmly right where you are, radically affirm who you are in this moment, and move forward from there with powerful intention.
It may take several sessions of cutting and gluing to finish your vision board; let it blossom organically. When finished, brush on a liquid varnish gloss or puzzle glue to seal and protect it. Then take a photo for prosperity and if you like, share with your closest supporters so they can help hold you accountable to manifesting your dreams. And put it where you can see it every day!
Clearly this is more than just revisiting a favorite activity. Cultivating stillness and being practiced at setting intentions will serve you well in other areas of life. But being still doesn’t have to mean a formal kind of meditation. We can use the time in a playful way, allowing memories of childhood collage-making to surface with a smile. Use your vision board to inspire you in times of darkness and push you when you need a friendly nudge to take action. So much of "Who You Are" is now on display; let it become your beacon of light. John Roger agrees: “Choose your intention carefully and then practice holding your consciousness to it, so it becomes the guiding light in your life.”
