Pop Some Antioxidants

Researchers recently reported that popcorn has more polyphenols (antioxidant substances) than fruits and vegetables, with the hull (that pesky outer bit that gets stuck in your teeth) being especially good for you. To reap all the health benefits, skip the salt and butter; instead, air-pop it and add a spritz of olive or truffle oil, a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
