Skin Type B: Pitta
Pitta’s fair, warm, oily skin prefers cool temperatures to heat, which turns a pretty flush into redness and inflammation. When out of balance, pitta skin can flare up in rashes, rosacea, acne or sunspots. Highly sensitive, it needs both cooling and nurturing. misting rose water on your skin helps reduce inflammation. Follow with a good moisturizer containing neem, one of the best pacifying oils for pitta skin. Aloe vera is also soothing. massage your skin with coconut oil before you bathe, then spike the tub water with aromatic extracts of rose, sandalwood or hibiscus flower.
